Summary

Job Description

TEMPORARY POST UNTIL 01/09/2026.

To liaise with all parties involved in implementing the Housing Capital Programme and in particular to perform the following key functions: -

  • To Carry out Quality checking on Capital Programme upgrade works to ensure value for money
  • To liaise between the Housing Investment Team, Housing Management
  • Operational Team, other Council services, external contractors and tenants in the delivery of successful upgrade programmes.
  • Responsible for organising Tenant Choice activities involved in the programme
  • Administer Tenant Satisfaction measures in relation to the Housing Capital Programme.
  • Responsible for recording Capital Programme Data in Property IT Databases and analysing the information within the Asset Database
  • Assessing site works and ensuring that Health and Safety Practices are being stringently followed as per the agreed contract.
