A vacancy has arisen in the Intermediate Care Team for a Social Care Officer. The Intermediate Care Team is a small team consisting of two Occupational Therapists and three Social Care Officers. We are looking for someone who is keen to work with people using an enablement approach to assist them to regain as much skills and independence as possible.
