Summary

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £29,900
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are working with a well-established nursery in a vibrant part of Southwest London, currently looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their thriving pre-school room. This is the final position to complete their friendly, near fully staffed team, led by a fantastic Room Manager known for their supportive and encouraging leadership style.

Set in a beautifully designed nursery with spacious rooms and a wonderful outdoor garden area, the environment is both inspiring and calming – ideal for children’s learning and development.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for early years education, particularly in supporting children with SEND. You’ll play a key role in fostering a nurturing, inclusive space where every child can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to inclusive practice
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting children with SEND

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Promote learning through play in a creative, stimulating setting
  • Monitor and assess each child’s development and tailor learning plans accordingly
  • Work closely with families to support children’s growth at nursery and at home
  • Ensure the health, safety, and overall wellbeing of all children in your care
  • Collaborate effectively with your team and contribute to the wider nursery community
