A welcoming and well-established special school in Hertfordshire is looking for a caring, dedicated SEN Teacher or ECT to join their team from September 2025. The school caters to pupils aged 4–11 with a broad range of special educational needs, offering small class sizes, high staff-to-pupil ratios, and a positive, inclusive environment.
The Role: SEN Teacher / ECTFull-time and permanent, starting September 2025
• Teach and support pupils with diverse SEN needs across the primary phase
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and the SENCo to deliver personalised learning
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom that encourages both academic and emotional growth
• Regularly track progress and adapt lessons to meet individual needs

We’re Looking For Someone Who: SEN Teacher / ECT
• Holds QTS or will be qualified by Summer 2025
• Has experience working with children with SEN (in any setting)
• Holds a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Psychology, SEN)
• Is patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about helping children thrive
• Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with families and professionals
