In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable recruitment journey for both the candidate and the hiring manager. What you will be doing:Creating and posting engaging job adverts on various job boards and platforms.Screening CV’s and applications to identify suitable candidates.Conducting initial telephone interviews as required.Scheduling interviews.Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system.Assisting in creating job descriptions.Onboarding new starters.Communicating with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. What you need to need:Proven experience in either an in-house or agency recruitment environment.Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
