Planning, marking, and assessing students’ work, contributing to their academic progress.
Engaging and motivating students, fostering a love for learning.
Working closely with department heads and mentors, gaining first-hand insight into the teaching profession.
Developing your skills in behaviour management, lesson planning, and effective classroom strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 or above in a core subject from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university.
• A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead a classroom.
Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• Prior experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or coaching) is advantageous but not essential.
