Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a House Parent to support the wellbeing of residential students at a college in Bexhill. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing presence and the ability to manage young people in a pastoral setting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide pastoral care and safeguarding support
- Oversee student routines, behaviour and curfews
- Handle basic health, welfare and accommodation issues
- Foster a safe and respectful boarding environment
Essential:
- Experience in residential or youth work
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures
- Calm and supportive demeanour
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
