The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in data entry, clerical duties, and office software, including QuickBooks and Google Suite. Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Manage office correspondence, including phone calls and emails, ensuring professional communication at all times.
Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Support the team with clerical duties such as typing reports, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and conducive to productivity.
Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite applications.
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with general office procedures and clerical tasks.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office efficiency.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
