Summary

Salary: Outer London pay scale, Grade 3/4, (£28,519 - £30,626 FTE Salary), Actual salary: £24,420.79 - £26,225.01 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
Location: The PRIDE Academy, West Drayton, UB7 8AB
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, term time only
The PRIDE Academy is a secondary special school for students with social, emotional and mental health needs in the London Borough of Hillingdon. It offers 110 places to pupils aged 11-19 who thrive on the varied curriculum that has an emphasis on practical skills and enrichment opportunities.
The PRIDE Academy moved into its new purpose-built school in April 2022 and will gradually expand its intake to include a Sixth Form enabling 110 pupils aged 11 to 19 to be educated on site. The new Free School offers extensive facilities including specialist science labs, well-equipped art and design and technology rooms in a bright and spacious building, as well as an indoor sports hall and an outdoor multi use games area.

To find out more about us visit Our school websiteThe PRIDE Academy is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to monitor and report on whole-school attendance data, analysing data to identify key areas of concern. To work closely with pupils, staff, parents and carers to reduce levels of absence, and act appropriately when persistent absence becomes a safeguarding issue.
Also to provide an effective and confidential comprehensive administrative support to the School Business Manager and Principal, to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school.
