About the Role:
We seek a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities:

+Client Relationship Management:
Facilitate regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual respect.
Develop customized solutions by understanding client pain points, enhancing satisfaction, and driving repeat business.

+Market Expansion:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to increase client base and revenue.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, promoting products and services effectively.

+Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute marketing initiatives and strategic business plans to achieve organizational goals.
Negotiate and close long-term agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and sustained growth.

+Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and objectives across departments.
Train and mentor junior staff in business development strategies and best practices, fostering a supportive and productive environment.

+Required Skills and Experience:
Proven track record in business development roles with demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets.
Exceptional organizational leadership, operational management, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in new business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in building relationships with key decision-makers.
Ability to generate leads through diverse methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the marketing or technology sector is advantageous.
Familiarity with proposal writing, presentation development, and account portfolio management.
