Summary
Person Specification Qualifications: Essential: Masters Degree in Pharmacy, General Pharmaceutical Council registration, member of Royal Pharmaceutical Society, postgraduate clinical qualification relevant to hospital pharmacy practice. Desirable: RPS faculty membership, MBA or MSc in management, research methodologies training, QI training, specialist pharmacy area training. Skills and Abilities: High-level communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Leadership and management abilities. Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions. Teaching and training skills. Experience and Knowledge: Extensive pharmacy and NHS management experience. Experience working with senior Trust staff at a corporate level. Knowledge of pharmacy and prescribing issues in mental health.
