Repairs Contract Manager (Project)

Contract Type: Temporary (12/05/2025 – 19/09/2025) Hybrid Role: 2-3 days in the office
Neway International is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee key projects within the Housing and Regeneration sector for London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This role offers the opportunity to lead and direct a team ensuring effective governance and performance management of housing maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Responsive Maintenance, Void Property Works, and Minor Planned Works contracts.
Take direct responsibility for contract governance and performance management.
Lead a team of technical officers overseeing contractor operations.
Ensure high standards of efficiency, reliability, and value for money in the repairs service.
Address the diverse needs of residents and communities through effective service delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven contract management experience in housing or regeneration projects.
Strong leadership skills to manage and direct technical teams.
Expertise in responsive repairs or minor planned works, with the flexibility to cover both areas.
Ability to oversee contractor performance and maintain high service standards.
Strong strategic and governance capabilities to ensure contract compliance.
