Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the market by executing various tasks as assigned.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials needed for market activities.
Monitor inventory levels and manage restocking of supplies to prevent shortages.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with product selections.
Implement promotional activities to enhance market visibility and attract customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market area to ensure a welcoming environment.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall market experience.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or market operations is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and vendors.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issues as they arise.
Basic proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

End Time: 17:00
