That's why we are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Technology Regional Service Delivery Lead - South & Central Services with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve problems, driving solutions through to completion. You'll have experience of working in a modern ITIL-based Technology service organisation including incident, problem and change management. Along with having demonstrable experience of managing a complex, national multi-site estate of legacy and modern applications

You'll be managing third party suppliers who are delivering technical platforms as a managed service and ensuring that they deliver necessary standards of support.

Using your extensive experience of customer service and experience within IT Service Delivery, you will:

  • Lead a team of regional technical specialists to provide first class deskside support & improve customer service standards throughout Nuffield Health.

  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user in order to improve user satisfaction.

  • Proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service with Technology foundation training

  • Coach, develop and mentor your team of direct and indirect reports to maintain and improve motivation and commitment levels

  • Manage service delivery for Nuffield end users and provide day to day operational guidance, overseeing and driving SLAs for ticket management

  • Recommend solutions to problems and cost-effective strategies for sites

  • Help co-ordinate small moves & projects

  • Provide local advice and guidance on Information Security concerns

  • Work with employees throughout the estate to identify opportunities to proactively improve the IT service and technology within Nuffield Health

  • Manage a budget for Technology hardware across the estate, reviewing requests and provide cost effective solutions

Proactively provide service management updates to senior leaders within your region and work closely with other Technology teams in the business.
