Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of candidates' skills and qualifications to match them with suitable job placements.
Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job openings and placement opportunities.
Develop and deliver workshops on job readiness, including resume writing and interview preparation.
Support candidates throughout the job search process, providing guidance and encouragement to boost their confidence.
Track and report on placement success rates and gather feedback from both candidates and employers to improve processes.
Research labor market trends to educate candidates on in-demand skills and potential career paths.
Collaborate with educational institutions to align training programs with industry needs and enhance placement outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, placement, or career counseling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple placements.
Knowledge of labor market trends and employment strategies.
Proficiency in using job placement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
