Summary
Our client is an award-winning building design consultancy currently experiencing a period of growth. With exciting new projects on the horizon, they are looking for an NEC Supervisor to join them on a permanent basis. You will be based in their facility in Northallerton with hybrid working.
This role will give you an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging infrastructure projects to support the contractual duties for delivering a selection of public sector funded infrastructure projects.
Salary
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the NEC Supervisor Role
As NEC Supervisor, you will monitor the works, witness any testing, check compliance with the works information and ensure that all works are carries out in line with the quality defined in the contract.
Other responsibilities will include:
Have a regular presence on site, providing independent inspections and ensuring works are undertaken to the correct standards
Identify issues arising/potential issues and prevention
Witness any testing
Attend progress meetings
About You
As NEC Supervisor, you will be degree educated in a related construction discipline with experience in local authority/public sector.
Other requirements include:
Infrastructure and Project Management experience
Understanding and awareness of NEC suite of contracts
High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word & Excel
Professional Qualification: NEC accredited or equivalent
A member of or working towards a related professional body
