You will be an integral part of the Consultant led multi-disciplinary ENT team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, responsive care across both emergency and planned services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day clinical management for a broad range of acute and elective ENT patients.
• Participate in minor surgery, fast-track clinics, and the out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Engage fully with departmental audit, clinical governance, and quality improvement activities.
• Support the training, supervision, and development of junior medical staff.
• Undertake appropriate administrative duties related to clinical practice.
• Actively contribute to teaching, service development, and continuous professional development programmes.
• Maintain up-to-date compliance with mandatory training and GMC revalidation requirements.

Experience or interest inRhinologyorPaediatric ENT Surgerywould be an advantage, although applications from candidates with a general ENT focus are warmly welcomed.

What We Are Looking For
• A minimum of 3 years postgraduate medical training(or equivalent), with at least 2 years’ experience in ENT.
• Clinical competencies equivalent to ST3–ST5 level.
• Full registration with theGeneral Medical Council(GMC) and a currentLicense to Practice.
• Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for delivering high standards of patient care across elective and acute pathways.

Postgraduate qualifications in ENT are desirable but not essential.
