Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with accurate IT and keyboard skills. Strong communication abilities both written and verbal with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Experienced in taking accurate minutes/notes, managing time effectively, and maintaining confidentiality. Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Positive, punctual, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities. Personal Qualities Reliable, flexible, and open to learning and development. Calm, caring, and professional in approach, with a responsive attitude to delegation. Desirable Two or more years of admin experience, especially within the NHS. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other sites if needed. Smart appearance.
