Larchfield Primary and Nursery School is seeking to appoint a class teacher to join our School Family.
The successful candidate will:
• Be enthusiastic about teaching and learning
• Have excellent classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
• Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum
• Have high expectations for themselves and their children to ensure that they all achieve their very best
• Possess a positive outlook and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our school
Visits to the school are highly encouraged where we can show you that ‘Pride in the Badge runs deep at Larchfield’ (Ofsted 2019).

• Are consistently good/outstanding and able to provide good adapted teaching as everyday practice
• Can work independently but not afraid to ask for support when needed or help others too
• Have high expectations for all children’s achievement
• Have a caring and passionate attitude to their work
• Have a commitment to positive behaviour management
• Have a drive to support developing our school
• Can build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• be a role model who influences the attitudes, values and learning behaviours of pupils
