You are pivotal in us achieving our vision, and to support this we embrace diversity and want everyone to feel valued and have a sense of belonging.This is a great opportunity to join the teamThe Head of Commercial joins the NMRN at a pivotal moment as we shape the next stage of our commercial strategy, gain a deeper understanding of our audiences and explore opportunities connected to our brand. This role will take a lead role in the development, implementation and delivery of the commercial strategy, strengthening our existing income streams and developing new opportunities with the aim to drive increased overall profit.The Head of Commercial is a senior manager with the Commercial Operations Directorate and lines manages the Retail Manager. Highly collaborative, the role works closely with the site General and Museum Managers to support the teams with the aim of increasing income through on-site business streams.
