What Youll Be Doing:
----------------------------------------------------
* Fabricating and TIG welding stainless steel and aluminium (1mm 10mm).
* Building and assembling custom products, such as conveyors and process equipment.
* Working from technical drawings to bring designs to life.
* Flexing between workshop builds and mandatory on-site installations (within company hours).
* Delivering high-quality finishes that exceed customer expectations.
* Collaborating with a skilled, supportive team who take pride in craftsmanship.
What Were Looking For:
----------------------------------------------------
Minimum 1 years TIG welding and fabrication experience (stainless steel and aluminium).
Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience with site work preferred (training provided if needed).
Fitting and mechanical assembly skills (advantageous but not essential).
Full UK driving licence beneficial but not mandatory.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and pride in producing top-quality work.
