Summary

Base Location: Slough, Bracknell, Reading, Theale, West London

The role

As a Rapid Response Officer (RRO) for supply restoration, you will ensure that you lead by example, operate safely, delivering the optimum performance against set targets including: Customer Interruptions, Customer Minutes Lost and Customer Satisfaction.
You will ensure all safety, quality, technical and commercial requirements are met whilst providing world class customer service.

You will have

- A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering, 11kV SAP status would also be advantageous but is not a necessity.

- Demonstrable experience of operating on an LV Distribution network and should be familiar with Operational Practice.

- The ability to promote and engage on safety matters at all levels and contribute towards a high performing safety culture within the team is essential.

- Customer service experience.
