Are you passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs and helping them thrive in a nurturing educational environment?

We are proud to be working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Islington, currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with children, understands behaviour support strategies, and is looking to make a lasting impact on pupils' academic and emotional development.

Provide targeted behaviour support to pupils across the school, both in and out of the classroom.

Work closely with teaching staff to implement and review individual behaviour support plans.

Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions focused on emotional regulation and positive behaviour.

Be Team Teach trained or willing to undergo the training (training will be provided if necessary).

Monitor progress and liaise with key staff and external agencies to ensure pupil needs are met holistically.
