We are a dynamic and client-focused Immigration Law Firm dedicated to providing expert legal services. To support our growing team, we are seeking an Office Manager who can efficiently oversee our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless office administration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will play a crucial role in managing the firm's administrative processes, supporting legal teams, and ensuring efficient workflow. This position requires excellent organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to handle confidential client matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth office operations.
• Manage and advise on handling correspondence related to client accounts, case files, sales, and statistical data.
• Ensure that legal and regulatory procedures for immigration case handling, documentation, and internal compliance are strictly followed.
• Oversee the planning and organization of office resources, including managing front-desk operations, case management software, and staff logistics.
• Assist caseworkers in administrative matters, maintaining case files, and liaising with clients where necessary.
• Handle staff recruitment, training coordination, and office policy enforcement.
The salary is £30,000 per annum and working hours are 37.5 hours per week. The position is full time and permanent
