Summary
For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification:- To act as front of house meet and greet at reception within Diagnostic Imaging at Cavendish Square. To physically escort patients within the Cavendish square building. To act as the main point of contact for all private patient enquires and coordinating bookings for radiology. To ensure proactive co-ordination of all Private Patients imaging studies. To ensure all Private patients have appointment letters, patient information leaflets and history questionnaires and that any cancellations are re- booked to avoid loss of valuable slots. To maximise utilisation of private patient appointments in order to meet divisional and trust PP targets and KPIs.
