Summary
A Live in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family based in St. Albans, Hertfordshire to help them in taking care of their school-aged child while maintaining the cleanliness of their property. An ideal candidate will be someone reliable and proactive who can carry out all childcare and housekeeping duties. The family are flexible for the candidate to do their own thing in the day as long as all duties are performed as required. The nanny-housekeeper will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the child. The nanny-housekeeper is welcome to join the family from time to time when they travel around Malta and Greece. A driver who holds a full driving license would be a big bonus and the family can provide a car.
Someone who could speak the Greek language is ideal but they can consider English-speaking candidates. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday for 50 hours per week on a flexible schedule. Flexibility to work a weekend day in lieu of weekday would be a bonus.
Accommodation: Own bedroom and ensuite bathroom
Duties include:
ironing
laundry
caring for important items
hoovering
mopping floors
cleaning windows, cupboards, surface tops, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms
school runs
assisting with homework
create fun and interactive ways to develop the child’s academic skills
prepare meals for the child
