Job Title: Site Manager - Housing Development
Location: Cambridge
Salary: Competitive (Negotiable Based on Experience)

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to take the lead on a new housing development project based in Cambridge. This is a great opportunity to join a respected construction company and play a key role in delivering high-quality homes on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and materials to ensure smooth project progress.

  • Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and site presentation.

  • Monitor and report on progress, costs, and deadlines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the project team.

Requirements:
  • Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate

  • Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

  • First Aid at Work qualification

  • Strong experience in residential construction/site management

  • Good technical knowledge and the ability to read drawings/specs

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
