Summary
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing conveyancing team in Altrincham.
Role Overview: You’ll be handling a broad caseload of residential property transactions, including:
• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ PQE or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and case management skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
