The Transformation & Change function at Building Digital UK (BDUK) is dedicated to overseeing and managing the identification, design, and implementation of change activities across the organization. This function works in close partnership with other departments to initiate and identify potential continuous and discontinuous improvement opportunities. It maintains a prioritised pipeline of sustainable change activities, defines the standards and processes for effective change delivery management, and ensures the achievement of desired outcomes and realisation of business benefits.

As a Transformation and Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives across BDUK. Your responsibilities will encompass a holistic set of transformation skills, including project and programme initiation, opportunity identification, solution design, agreeing on recommendations, and securing business case approval. This role is cantered on, fostering deep functional collaboration to stimulate, motivate, and drive sustainable transformation activities from within the organisation.
