As a Telesales Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted campaigns. You’ll focus on identifying and converting prospects within our B2B client base, helping us deliver a seamless experience and drive continued business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to engage potential B2B customers
- Research organisations to understand their relocation, storage or business continuity needs
- Qualify leads and gather essential information to support the sales process effectively
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to align on sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and call targets
About you
- Previous experience in B2B telesales or outbound calling is ESSENTIAL
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Resilient and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving results
- Confident using CRM systems and standard office software
Qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in B2B telesales, outbound calling or a similar sales-based role (ESSENTIAL)
- Familiarity with the relocation, storage or logistics industry is desirable
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple leads effectively
