Summary
Creative Support is seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive individual to join our passionate and friendly staff team in Blackburn, Lancashire as a Support Worker.
At our vibrant service in Blackburn, we deliver high-quality care and support to residents with a variety of needs, primarily learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Every day is unique, as we help service users pursue their passions and take part in activities such as exercising, gardening, baking, arts and crafts, and much more.
In this role, you will provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning. You will also encourage service users to participate in engaging social activities and build meaningful, trusting relationships with them and their families, ensuring they enjoy their time with us to the fullest.
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, as no previous care experience is required. All you need is a passion for delivering person-centred care and thriving in a supportive and vibrant environment.
