Description

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of empathy and patience, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families. Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
Administer medication and ensure adherence to care plans.
Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care team.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of clients' progress.,
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
A compassionate and caring attitude towards individuals in need of support.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in a support or care role is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a care environment.
Successful completion of a background check and relevant training courses.
