What You’ll Be Doing
As a Logistics Team Manager, you’ll take the wheel of our Dartford depot’s transport operation, working closely with the Regional Logistics Manager. You’ll:
• Lead and support your team of drivers to deliver exceptional standards
• Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and legally compliant
• Monitor and manage the depot’s budget and key KPIs
• Champion our brand values and energize the team

What We’re Looking For
• Leadership experience in logistics or a similar fast-paced environment
• A people-first manager who thrives in an inclusive team
• Detail-focused and compliance-savvy
• Ideally holds a Full UK Driving Licence, C1 Licence, Driver CPC & Digi Tacho
• Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable
