Summary

Do you have an interest in recycling and waste and a passion for the environment?
Are you someone who can work independently as well as within a team and who has the drive to provide customer-focused feedback across the Streetscene team? Do you thrive on challenges and love varied work?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Feedback Officer, communicating with members of the public, the call centre and internal and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery and to meet the customer feedback promises and service standards of the Streetscene team.
You will need to be well organised, a good communicator and customer-focused in your approach, with excellent written skills and attention to detail.
This position is Fixed Term for 24 months to contribute to the implementation of the Government's Simpler Recycling policy.
