Summary
1. To provide professional leadership and direction for all nursing staff working within Responsive Care. 2. To be visible in the department and act as a resource for staff, patients and carers. 3. To manage allocated resources efficiently and effectively. 4. To actively encourage and develop a multidisciplinary approach throughout the Care Group and specifically within allocated services and teams. 5. Provide leadership and vision to teams within the care group, challenging service delivery methods and developing innovative methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 6. To represent the interests and concerns of allocated services at all levels. 7. To maintain a good learning environment and ensure the development of nurses working within the pathway.
