What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Kings Copse Primary School to recruit a new Headteacher to join us from September.
We are seeking an active, visible leader with experience and knowledge of meeting needs of pupils with SEND.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Governing body to continue to raise standards within the school.
We are a 1FE school in Hedge End with a Visual Impairment Resource provision attached.
We are looking for a headteacher who is committed to being kind, encouraging, understanding, motivated and committed and seeks to uphold our learning values of Respect, Motivation, Resilience, Independence, Collaborative and having encouraging Curiosity.
The successful candidate will have a sense of humour, be 'energetic but not crazy' and be visible to staff, pupils and parents to maintain the positive relationships that have been built over time.
