Summary
The Island Bakery is one of Scotland's premier manufacturing bakeries, producing a range of Organic biscuits under our own name and for some of the UK's top retailers. We're family-owned and run.
We are looking for a new engineer to join the team, to keep our machines running and improve how our small factory functions. We need a multi-skilled engineer with a mechanical bias to undertake routine maintenance and reactive repairs, but also to contribute to the continuous improvement of machines and processes.
Initially you would be our sole engineer, but over time you would build a small team that grows alongside our expanding business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take up a well-paid and secure job on the Hebridean Isle of Mull. We are located in Tobermory, a thriving community as well as one of Scotland's most picturesque villages.
