Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a talented Marketing Insight Analyst to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and CRM segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Utilize Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Segment databases/CRM systems to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Present findings to stakeholders and provide strategic guidance based on data insights.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, particularly Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with database and CRM segmentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
