Our client, is recruiting for a Home Care (Domiciliary Care) Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in new home care based in Bude Cornwall. If you're a strong leader with a passion for delivering outstanding service, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Hours & Salary:
Salary: £35 - 45,000 per annum Dependant on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week you must be to work some weekends
What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily operations and ensure top-quality care.
• Develop and oversee individual care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and medication management.
• Recruit, train, and support an exceptional care team.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals.
What You Bring:
• Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
