St Anne’s is a family run 38 registered bed residential care home with a wonderful reputation in the local area. Established for over 25 years we have many great links with our local community. St Anne’s is in the centre of a village surrounded by countryside.
This is an amazing opportunity for an existing or aspiring RM to lead and support a very warm, caring team of staff in providing excellent care for our residents.

Key Job responsibilities
• Create a warm family-orientated atmosphere where our residents feel safe, and empowered.
• Ensure high standards of care.
• Build strong relationships with families, staff and the wider community.
• Regulatory and CQC compliance with a spirit of continuous improvement
• Lead, inspire and develop our dedicated team.
What we are looking for
• Previous experience working as a RM in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
• Ambition to drive the Home forward, we have planning permission for an extension in the future so there is scope for expansion and challenge.
• Strong leadership communication and organisation skills
• Experience of inspiring and motivating staff
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and fostering meaningful relationships.
• Relevant management qualification (eg NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent)
• Good IT skills – including MS office.
