Summary

Humberside Engineering Training Association (HETA) is a fast-growing Group Training Association (GTA) with established training centres in Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe. Specializing in Level 3 & 4 engineering apprenticeships, higher education programs, and upskilling courses, HETA proudly collaborates with over 300 client companies. We are proud to partner with some of the biggest names in engineering and manufacturing, fostering growth in engineering training locally, regionally, and nationally.

We are excited to announce an opportunity within our Administration team for an Administrator. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to develop their skills and experience to provide a high-quality administration function within the organisation.

What We’re Looking for
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Strong technical and computer skills including experience of using Microsoft Office programmes
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to meet challenging targets and thrive under pressure.
• Flexibility and be able to take both a proactive and responsive approach to change.
• The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a similar role within an educational environment and be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Business Administration.
Location and Travel

The position would be based at our Hull centre however a driving licence with access to own transport is required as travelling between centres is a requirement.
