Are you an organised multitasker who’s just as comfortable booking travel as you are hopping on a plane or trying something new
like sailing or skiing?
We’re looking for a dynamic, positive and proactive Office Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
As our Office Assistant–, you’ll be the supporting player of our vibrant office, ensuring things runs smoothly behind the scenes
while also supporting travel and international event logistics. Your responsibilities will include:
* Organising and distributing incoming and outgoing post.
* Assisting with staff engagement activities and internal events, if required.
* Supporting travel and accommodation bookings for UK and overseas trips.
* Managing day-to-day admin tasks to support the wider team.
* Keeping files and office documentation organised and updated.
* Monitoring and managing office supplies and stock.
* Administrative support on business sales and projects.
* Running errands as and when required.
Who You Are:
We’re after someone with an adventurous spirit, resilient under pressure, positive mindset, and excellent organisational skills.
You’ll thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment; no day is the same. Ideally, you’re:
* Highly organised with good multitasking abilities
* Confident using Microsoft Office and admin tools
* A clear communicator with a strong eye for detail.
* Confident and Trustworthy
* In possession of a full UK driving licence (fuel covered for any office errands).
* Willing to travel in the UK and abroad (sometimes at last minute).
* Open to trying new sports like sailing, skiing, or similar adventures.
