Summary
Responsibilities:
Minor Repairs: Addressing issues such as leaky faucets, loose fixtures, and minor electrical problems.
General Maintenance: Tasks like changing light bulbs, cleaning gutters, and maintaining property exteriors.
Installations: Installing shelves, picture frames, curtain rails, and other fixtures.
Carpentry: Basic carpentry tasks, including repairing or installing furniture, doors, and other wooden structures.
Painting and Decorating: Applying paint and wallpaper, and completing other basic decorating tasks.
HVAC Maintenance: Basic maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Other Tasks (as necessary)
Skills and Qualities:
Technical Skills: A strong understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles.
Tool Proficiency: Ability to use and maintain a variety of hand tools and power tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations, diagnose problems, and find solutions.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and bending.
Communication Skills: Ability to interact with clients, explain tasks, and provide updates on projects.
