We are looking for an individual with an engaging personality and a natural ability to build strong relationships to join our gym team. The successful applicant will work alongside our team of gym instructors delivering the high level of customer service our users expect whilst conducting inductions and assessments and supporting our members to achieve their fitness goals. The applicant must have excellent interpersonal and customer care skills and a high level of enthusiasm and must be qualified to a minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (whilst working towards the Level 3 in Personal Training qualification). Duties will include personal fitness programmes, fitness assessments, retention, delivering group exercise classes as per your qualifications and the day to day operations of the gym floor.

The position is offered on a casual basis to cover the opening hours of Riverside Leisure Centre, from 5.45am to 10.00pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
