Summary

We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing and Content Executive to join our passionate marketing team.

This role plays a key part in bringing our pub and beer brands to life across all digital touchpoints. From crafting high impact email campaigns and driving CRM journeys, to coordinating social media and web content, you’ll help engage guests, drive bookings, and grow loyalty.

You’ll lead the planning and delivery of our email content calendar, crafting and optimising targeted campaigns through Airship CRM, while managing and growing our customer database with a strong focus on GDPR compliance and segmentation.

Working closely with external agencies, you’ll oversee website developments and monitor performance, using data insights to guide strategy and improve results. You’ll also contribute to photography and videography briefs, helping ensure our visual content is vibrant, on brand with a consistent tone of voice

About You:

  • Has impeccable writing skills and a love for storytelling
  • Is analytical and detail oriented, with experience using Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and performance tracking tools
  • Understands SEO and content best practices
  • Has strong experience with CRM platforms (Airship experience a plus)
  • Can balance creativity with commercial focus
  • Has experience in hospitality, food & drink, or similar consumer-focused sectors
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities
  • Has at least 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or copywriting role
