Summary
Key responsibilities include; Assist with sustaining the IPC audit plan; verifying and analysing outcomes for escalation and/or improvement. Be a role model for infection prevention and control practice, ensuring that both Trust policy and CQC compliance standards are upheld. Provide reports regarding specific areas of responsibility and contribute to the annual report. Identify, report and escalate IPC risks as well as updating and reviewing incidents on Datix. Contribute to developing training packages and communications, to be pitched to a variety of audiences both internal and external.
