Summary

We’re seeking an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with strong residential experience and the ability to competently handle commercial work. The ideal candidate is confident, reliable, and client-focused.
Key Responsibilities
RICS Level 2 & 3 building surveys (London & SE)
Damp/mould inspections, defect diagnosis, maintenance surveys
Party wall matters and awards
Commercial schedules of condition, dilapidations, and acquisitions
Client liaison and professional reporting
Use of surveying software and adherence to company standards
Requirements
MRICS qualified – applications without this will not be considered
Min 2 years PQE (or newly chartered with strong residential background)
Experience across both residential and commercial buildings
Strong building pathology knowledge and report writing skills
Organised, self-driven, excellent communicator
Full UK driving licence required
