TeacherActive are proud to be working with a large number of Secondary Schools across Nottingham. We are actively recruiting for Learning Support Assistants to aid our school network with quality and consistent staff.
Our Learning Support Assistants play a vital role in schools, whether on a day to day, long-term or permanent basis. The role of a Learning Support Assistant doesn’t include planning and preparation, however strong communication and ability to build long-standing relationships is key.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
• CACHE LEVEL 2/3 OR 6 months experience
• Be confident in their ability to work alongside students within the age range 11 to 16+
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
