Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be responsible for:
• The strategic development of the Training School (Initial teacher training and Early Career Teachers)
• Organisation of performance management through School IP
• To support the teaching and learning lead in embedding of Catholic Social Teaching through CPD and training.
• Ensuring that school policies are updated in line with current legislation and within the time frames required
• Staff well-being and personnel issues
• Oversight of transition and liaison with Catholic Partner Primary Schools and other stakeholders
• Providing data for both SLT and governors
