Summary

The Role:
As the Electrical Business Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating jobs, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. This position bridges the gap between electricians, clients, and management, making strong communication and multitasking skills essential.

This will be paid PAYE Direct, Days - £16.15, Nights - £21.48, Weekends - £24.23 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling of electrical works, including reactive, planned, and project-based jobs

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and engineers

  • Manage job tracking systems, purchase orders, and project documentation

  • Support quoting, invoicing, and reporting processes

  • Monitor compliance, health & safety, and certification deadlines

  • Assist with stock control and procurement of electrical materials

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or operations role (electrical or construction industry preferred)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Familiar with electrical terminology and job workflows (preferred)

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • High level of attention to detail
